How to Prepare for Open Enrollment

1. Review your benefits
Select the University Benefits tile in UAccess to review your current elections. Visit the Benefits page on the Human Resources website to learn about current options.

2. Assess your needs
Does your health plan still fit your needs? Has your family changed, or will it change? Are you planning for any medical procedures next year?

3. Get personalized financial support
Schedule a complimentary financial consultation:

Understanding your personal financial landscape can help you decide which benefit options work best for you (e.g., how to plan for retirement, how much life insurance you need, if you would benefit from a flexible spending account or health savings account, and more).

No action is required during this year’s open enrollment unless you want to change your benefits or contribute to a flexible spending account in 2024.

We will share more information in the coming weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us at hrsolutions@arizona.edu or 520-621-3660.
