supported by the CSG on the Suns:

wais/xwais
visual 100 b/w Xterminals

The following programs on the list of third party software supported by the
CSG on the Suns have been updated to the latest available version:

ghostscript
xv
ispell

The following programs have been added to the list of third party software
supported by the CSG on the Suns:

gtar			(GNU tar program)
less			(file pager)
ncftp			(file transfer program)
mpage			(print formatter)
perl			(scripting language)
acroread		(Adobe acrobat pdf file reader)
xephem			(graphical ephemeris)
xfig			(graphical figure tool)
slirp			(dialup networking)
tcsh                    (enhanced shell - in /l)
                            (not supported as a login shell)

The following programs have been removed from the /opt/unsupported directory
and have been replaced by links to the newer, supported versions.

acroread
mpage
ncftp
perl
slirp
tcsh
xv

These links will be removed in one month.
