Colloquia are held in the large lecture hall (Room N210) at the rear of Steward Observatory.
The hall seats 229 persons in cushioned chairs each equipped with a fold -up half desk.

There is one large projection screen at the front of the room which lowers in front of a large chalk board. The primary AV equipment is confined to a console at the front designed for teaching, so walking around while using the main computers and visualizer is not very convenient. The overhead projector rides on a separate platform and there is a table with room for your laptop, notebooks, etc.

Technical questions should be addressed to the colloquia chairs.
